from my experience O2 doesn't want to block these third party calls since they act as their pimps. Vodafone can block them as I have found out on my other line. I am voting with my feet and goodbye O2!

O2 seem to be reluctant to offer 'premuin rate number' block.
You have to insist - now you know it is available.
I did!

This includes premium text messages?

I never have these premuim rate text messages but now I do not get the calls I had before.
Seems o2 can block assess to my number by these premium rate callers.
It should work for messages too.
Just ask o2. If you have a problem ask for a supervisor.
