Why do we pay for a poor service . The mobile companies do not have to gaurantee even a basic voice signal.

No help for Pay & Go customers. Boosting power may help

The networks stays they cannot guarantee a full signal at all times so they cover themselves in the terms and conditions. At least on payandgo you have the option of choosing a network that does give you the coverage you need.

They do have to provide a "reasonable" service, but it's not compulsory in all areas.
