Ok, I'll try and help:
(1.). Have you spoken to customer services to check if your service is barred
(2.). Can you still receive calls/ SMS?
(3.). Is there anyone else in your area having the same problem, or have you checked www.o2.co.uk/coveragechecker?
(4.). Have you tried taking the SIM out and wiping it, or trying the SIM in a different phone
(5.). Does the phone still show O2 UK as your network
(6.). What error message (if any) do you receive when trying to make a call/ send a text?
