i have spent the best part of today being passed from so many departments what REALLY annoys me is they can spend thousands out on advertising supporting music sport and FREEBIES YES FREEBIES like free dinner on monday free items from boots etc but when it comes to a charity sos that relies on a telephone especially a mobile and you ask for help nobody can help i used too be a customer of O2 BUT why cannot they help a charity non profit that is desperate for a basic handset
please surprise me with an answer

Just as a matter of interest @Anonymous, did you try any other network stores? If so I'm fairly sure you would have met the same response. Are you looking for more than just a phone, like some sort of free allowances?

tesco or Asda for £10-£20 on a payg SIM card
