When travelling to Australia, I switch off data roaming and all cellular data, to prohibit charges. Is there anything else I need to do? I still get mail etc using the wifi wherever I stay.

Funny I turned my data off and never called or text anyone but £25 of my calling credit has been taken. it will cost me £10 to find out who I was ringing whilst 30000 on a plane to South Africa.

Have you spoken to customer service? They should be able to tell you what has been charged.
