so O2 your are in the communications industry and supposed to be one of the leaders - lol.
try getting your customer support options sorted - no email - no chat lines - no telephone answer.
I transferred from pay monthly to pay as you go in November after being told no extra costs.
they now keep chasing me for a payment - on line access dis-continued due to what !!
I owe nothing and when current top up used I am another "lost customer".
you do not deserve any loyalty.
