Scam calls pretending to be O2

I'm receiving scam calls pretending to be O2 from numbers: 01923 442 452, 01260 400 202.It's quite well made so I'd suggest to warn users that these things happens. They're trying ot get account access data.

All incoming calls are showing unknown number

since i have migrated from viging media all my incoming calls are showing as unknown, twice they sent me new sims but the fault is still there. i have asked for PUK code and i am leaving O2 as fast as possible
