Hi all,
I am on switch up on O2 and when i`ve tried to swap my phone on a number of occasions now there comes a fault that the iemi number isn`t recognised.
Has anyone else encountered this?

It has happened before.
Usually when the system hasn't updated with the latest numbers.
Waiting a while usually fixes the issue.
