I am simply dumbfounded by the lack of service provided by o2,it horrendous at best.
o2 pay monthly customer,no reception half the time when out,no reception at all from my house,3g ? what that !! , unless you stay in the centre of a major city H+ broadband or the likes is just a dream.
My daughter has an old iphone with orange and constantly has h+,e OR 3G+ , Even throughout train journeys we do ( Dundee - london ) I have to tether of her phone top get internet.. the service o2 provide is disgraceful.
EVERY week I phone and complain hoping for answer ( oh there working on masts in that area,FOR A YEAR ??!!??? ) , aye right.. get told nothing but lies and 'oh didnt you read the small microscopic print ?? '
Then I HAD to start using the TU go service which was designed by a 6 year old, this APP that has been designed to mask how poor the o2 service is doesnt record your minutes used on the phone,so hey... here is an £80 bill for your months lack of service.
NEVER EVER EVEN CONTEMPLATE USING o2 AS A SERVICE PROVIDER,its the bad Im taking the sim card out and paying them £32 a month for NOTHING now and getting another sim from a company like ORANGE that has customer service and provides a service worthy of 2013,not a 1980 service like o2 does.
This is my 1st time ever having a post on an internet forum,o2 has drivin me to telling as much people as possible how RUBBISH they are,I still can't believe this is allowed to happen.

Sorry you are having these problems. Has the coverage for O2 always been bad or has it worsened since taking out the contract? Presumably you have tried all the fault finding guides and ruled out the phone and sim as the problem.

Perhaps a bit ofresearch inton the area's reception before you took out the contract? You can pick up free P&G sims from most of the networks to check coverage.
