Worst customer service and experience with O2

Is anyone facing customer service from O2 is now below 0. I am facing issue since last year and every time I got in call it taking me 30 mins to connect and again 30 mins to connect to other department.
I am only hearing a lot of promises in the call which no one is delivering.

Not the first and won't be the last to complain.
Nothing we can offer here but sympathy. Although if your problem is not account related members may be able to help
