Hi guys I'm due to get my new phone this Thursday and I can't track my order on my o2 page because it's saying I haven't ordered anything in the last 31 day when in fact I have and haven't had an email from o2 about the delivery only had an email saying its being processed can anyone help me

It may ne that the phone is out of stock or simply that the syatem hasn't updated yet. If it's not showing this morning call customer service to check progress. I would advise against using live chat to do this.
