I upgrade my account on Friday, taking advantage of the Black Friday deals. I processed the transaction and O2 have complete the credit check, taken the payment, sent my contract and set up the direct debit, however have not processed my order.
Today, when I go back into my account, the order is sat in my basket, expired.
I've called the local shop twice, spoke to an agent on the phone at lunch today (who said they'd sorted it) and tried messaging on the live chat, to no available agents. I'm now on hold and aware the closing time is fast approaching.
Just posting to rant really, and wondering if anyone elses experience has been think painstaking this Black Friday?!
