When does an offer expire?

Hi all, I recently tried to take advantage of the offer with Apple Watches - £1 for a pair of AirPods. I placed the order before the deal cut off (12 hours before), but my order was referred to credit . They did not approve the order for nearly a week.

customer services then informed me that they could not honour the offer as it was offered by Apple, not O2.

i feel cheated as I placed my order well before the deadline. Do you agree? Any help you can offer appreciated!
