Take it they would be offered by Priority, so it will be up to an agreement between the two parties

I very much doubt it in the near future.

O2 Priority did offer Caffe Nero but discontinued it and now offer coffee from Greggs. Meanwhile, Caffe Nero is now on Three+ (although it is discounted rather than free). 

I don't have a Vodaphone SIM to check if it currently available, but Costa was available earlier last year on Vodaphone's VeryMe rewards app :-
