Hi guys,

What apps and mobile games are all using at the moment? Would you recommend it? How is it entertaining you or making life easier and more convenient?

At the moment, I'm loving the TED talk app and QuizUp is testing my trivia limits slight_smile

I'm a man of simple tastes, downloaded Solitaire at the airport, used to spend hours with a deck of cards before phones and computers were commonplace.

I tried the Ted app once Toby, but all it was, was a brown bear that passed wind and swore at me a lot.
I think we got different apps.
Speaking of Ted talks Mr B, have you ever seen the talk on reclaimed material for use within the construction industry for bespoke recycled homes?
Very enlightening.
Have a wonderful day.

I have not @viridis but shall take a look.

The last one I watched was George Takei's talk on Japanese immigrants in the US during World War Two. A harrowing tale, but he seems like a truly lovely human being in the way he looks at the situation.

Uh! nice one Toby!

I am currently hooked on the new ALPHABETTY saga by King games. It's a sort of Candy Crush but instead if using fruits it uses words. It's good to build up your vocabulary. Any language enthusiast will love it.

Has anyone tried it yet?

Hi @Anonymous.
No I have not tried that "game"
I use the term "game" loosely as King.com products are all subliminally created to get as much money out of the user without them knowing what's going on.
In fact, most ftp games are like this and often end up costing hundreds more than any paid for game.

Have a great day now.
