What apps and mobile games are all using at the moment? Would you recommend it? How is it entertaining you or making life easier and more convenient?

At the moment, I'm loving the TED talk app and QuizUp is testing my trivia limits

After a few attempts of playing the saga games I always give up because I don't spend money on it, so I can't really advance quick enough. Shame how they try to monetize the apps, don't you think??

I'd rather they ran advertisement to be honest...

Angry birds 2 is like this now.
It's basic psychology really, you fail at something you know is easily possible so, driven by failure, you pay for the 1 extra item or life knowing you'll probably get the target.
So simple.

I play flow & solitaire on my Galaxy A5 & bus simulator

Currently playing Ingress, Hearthstone and, although strictly speaking not an app I play, Earth Empires from my mobile.

Past enjoyable games, Carmageddon, Tiny Death Star, Predator, Real Racing 3 and Asphalt 8.

Last 'video' game I ever played was Sonic the Hedgehog....and as I could never get him out of the Chemical Zone without killing the little blue idiot...I gave up. (much to the amusement of my two lads)...It must be an age thing.....One of my family members plays something called Clash of Clans....??

You can download that on the App Store albeit a poor version compared to the original
