I've just got a new O2 contract and I want to port my phone number from T-mobile. I go to the port number form and the first thing that I have to do is log in with two letters of a phone password that I've not setup yet - and there is no indication of how to set this up.
So I clicked on the "I don't know my password" button and I get asked to fill in details about my previous bill. Remember, I am a new customer wanting to port my previous number across - I've not had a bill yet!
I wanted to report this to you via your "Web feedback form" but when I clicked on the Register button I get sent to a 404 Error page.
As a new customer, this doesn't fill me with confidence.

@Toby 2 years and reported using the form lol at first it redirected to an iphone page it should surly go to a sucessfull posted page. this is the form which is well hidden on the o2 site http://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/webfeedbackform

I was reporting another issue and the 404 came up with that page.
