There seems to be a compatibiulity problem with the latest Apple browsers and My O2. My O2 seems to think JavaScript is not enebaled evenb when it is.

Strange one indeed, let's hope an Apple user can help with this as I'm fairly confident o2 won't be able to.

Have you tried another browser? Try clearing cache, cookies & if you have a firewall installed then that might be blocking it
