Trying to explain that I have 3 sims, and may be after another, in an attempt to reduce my monthly outgoings, due to coming over from VirginMedia. I was told that there was not going to be any price increases.

Now to be in touch with an Agent on line, to be told that I would not need to go through the security questions again when I got passed over to someone who could help, then to be asked again all the security questions.

For that agent not to even attempt to read my requirements and offer me an increase on all three sims, then after over an hour, to tell me that the computers are playing up and can't help me, to start a fresh chat.

Sorry pathetic!
