Waiting for Jiffy Bag

3 weeks ago I phoned to report that I have broken my phone and I was told you would send me a jiffy bag so I can send it to you for repair. It still hasn't arrived so I was looking for an update. I cannot use bluetooth, wifi or apple pay so need it repaired ASAP, so this is very annoying.
