One of the reasons given for joining the O2 Community is that "We also run regular initiatives ...." an example being "Virtual Interviews - Live Q&A sessions with official O2 experts ". When was the last such initiative? Was it a success? Did it result in any changes to the Community? Are further Virtual Interviews" planned - and if so what will the subjects be and when will they take place?

I am sure members will have many suggestions - Customer Services performance and plans for improvement thereof being high on the list.
I look forward to seeing details of what is planned.
