O2 have offers if you are on Virgin Media. I dont have any choice as we are unable to get VirginMedia in our area. We should have the option of another offer.

Why? The offeres are to entice you to take an extra (expensive) service. If there is no service then no offer. Simples

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
