Upgrade and tariff transfer problems.

Hey guys,
I've recently upgraded my contract and I paid a £50 upfront charge in order to save 30% on my monthly bills..problem is i can't get the code to work and I'm struggling to get any help from customer services to rectify the problem...so I thought you guy's might be able to help me out?? I will be so gratefull if you can give any advice or help.

If you haven't got the code then you need to get it from https://o2open.co.uk/O2Open/servlets/SignUp
Your discount is normally applied within 72 hours.

Is this the open code you're talking about? Where did you do your upgrade?
So long as everything is in order then you can text OPEN to 2020 and follow the prompts to put in your code.

Hi there,
Thanks for your reply...I did my upgrade at an 02 store in Newcastle upon Tyne,UK.
I believe its an open code,but I'm not 100% sure.

Best of luck trying to get hold of someone!! I cancelled my contract and paid £106.61 so I no longer had O2 but they are still sending me bills even though they confirmed paid up. Seems a case of No Escape
