Updated O2 app problem on iPhone.

I'm a PAYG customer. Can't access my balance since the update to the app on my Apple IPhone. All I get is the following message: "Well, that's embarrassing. Let's pretend that didn't happen... please try again."

 Fix needed. Thanks.
