I am an o2 business customer.
I have three numbers for o2 customer services and have never had a problem contacting them in 30 years as a customer of 02, previously BT Cellnet, but now, all calls to 02 are diverted to a call centre in the Phillipenes.
I have endured eleven torturous calls attempting to renew my sim only contract.
They don't understand me, I don't understand them, they cannot answer my queries, they demand information that is absolutely no concern of a phone company, and the 'UK' numbers I have been able to extract from them are all diverted back to the Phillipenes.
I'm at my wits end.
It's absolutely absurd that one of the largest communication companies in the world choses to make itself uncontactable.
