Do O2 transmit a time signal, so that 'phones will auto update the clock?

Yes but Im certain the phone has to be off so when the phone is switched on it will ask you if you want to update.

You will have a long wait to get a response from o2 as these forums are customer to customer you would need to ring o2 customer service for official confirmation

I'm not sure how the cell time signal works but I know O2 do transmit it as my mobile's clock keep self-adjusting every now and again and always stays spot on.

A few months ago O2's time signal went all berserk and wasn transmitting an hour back (or forward, can't remember). I corrected the time, and then a few hours later it was wrong again.
