O2 sales and customer services teams are quite unprofessional.
I have been in touch with 02 to renew my contract however the service I received is not the best.
Got cut off many times without anyone speaking, i can gear thr noise when the call was anaswered.
Rowdy laughter when the operative did answer then just cut odf the call.
honestly, im heading to another service provider. This behaviour just confirms I should go elsewhere.

So normal call centre behaviour, and it could be the issue with the phone line, if you can hear them and they cant hear you, this happens a lot in Call Centres... And if the Advisor doesnt expect a call such as logging off then again normal in a call centre...

Yes, agree they're often absolutely rubbish these days.
The laughter, loud noise, and generally idiotic unprofessional behaviour in the background has become insidious by now: no management supervision.

Yes life has a habit of getting in the way of the more tedious things we have no need to worry about
