Hi
I recently joined o2 from lebara and ported my phone number over, however for the past 9 days now I have not been able to take any incoming calls or text from any other network. Moreover, my old number is still active on lebara and still receive text messages. I have spoken to o2 Cs almost everyday and keep getting different answers, mainly that they have passed it on to back team. However I have yet to receive an update or clear timeline on when the issue will be fixed. This is very frustrating for me and I'm.thinking of switching back to lebara to maintain my number. Please can someone advise or help?.

You need to contact O2.

I have contacted o2 customer services almost every day for the past week or so. I get the same reply each time that the issue has been passed on to back office team and that I will feedback within 24 to hours. However its been 10 days now and I'm still unable to receive incoming calls or texts.
