has been spamming me with PMs in Russian.
If somebody could take the time to ban him, that would be a help.
Meanwhile I've turned off PM noptifications.

Rough translation:

Thanks, missed the poll...but I bet from my previous you can guess what my response would have been
In fact I would have asked for another option...open to view by guests, but only O2 members can register and use post, pm, etc.

As a note on the person in question -
Seems they've been banned, the following message is at the bottom of the message in my in-box.
"This message was sent by a user no longer registered."
