Just picked this up from the Post Office this morning.

Didn't realise how big it was?

First thing that baffled me was how to insert the Sim card?

Thing has crashed a few times, but also having to update all the Apps on it.

Just got to get used to using KitKat instead of iOs!

That doesn't sound good Rich? Are these devices checked after they are returned?

They are wiped before sending out again as far as I'm aware and by the guidelines written for the try the tech.

THey are rather large but like anything you'll get used to it.

I believe they are just reset and shipped out.
It may be just having a wobbly during set up so I would see if it settles down and if not shout up !!

Tbh I've never seen an Xperia crash or reset when updating apps, via Google or update centre.
At least the firmwares current and up to date.

In that case @viridis  it sounds as if there could be a problem with the phone? Or as @MI5  says.. possibly throwing a wobbly after being in transit ?

Could be, I'd be inclined to throw @Toby a pm just incase of anymore wobblys, at least then it won't be another thread in a months time saying "o2 are saying I broke the phone"
