Simple Samsung phones

My Mum at present has a Samsung J3 which is getting past it's best and needs changing.

I want to keep the transition as smooth as possible - without going into detail my Mum isn't a complete technophobe but changing her phone will be a big thing for her so I was wondering which Samsung is likely to be as similar to the J3?

The O2 shop seems to stock a few from the Galaxy range which I'm hoping won't differ too drastically.

A13, A22, A32

Any suggestions on which may be the most similar to the J3?

Any of the Samsung's wouldn't be too big a change for her.
