Hi guys,

In addition to the O2 Community, we also have a closed, invite only community called “Join In”. Members of this community share their feedback to help shape the future O2s products and services. In recent months, we’ve had some fantastic activity in the feedback & discussion boards and because of that, we wanted to help get some of those suggestions into the Join In community.

I got the same as others are reporting - entered an email address in the only available box then got taken straight to a page saying "Thanks for completing the survey" and asking if I want to create my own surveys on Survey Monkey.

I'm thinking of taking them up on it - start a survey asking people if they know what just happened
