Hi

 

Recently upgraded to S24 plus with the free Chromebook offer 

 

I sent over all my details etc and it's not progressing despite allowing for their timelines 

 

Has anyone been successful or can give a more accurate timeline?

Yeah but I'm asking to understand if anyone has had a recent experience etc. are they delayed etc

Nope, usually dispatched before the 60day time period expires @leekt  from various past experiences

 

But if it has been over that then the only people who can help are Samsungs Promotion company, but be aware they do have a caveat of while stocks last, but I have a feeling they lots of left of the Chromebooks, I have one at home and its used when people go into hospital its that bad...
