Rugby free breakfast pack - Priority Moments - Yodel

Evening all! What a disaster this was - well, not the actual promo of course but the useless courier company that is known as Yodel.
I was one of the lucky recipients of the breakfast pack to be delivered on 08/09/11. The courier turned up - apparently - at 15:06.
The courier apparently left the parcel somewhere "safe" (I've had years of experience with different couriers and "safe" means they've either tea-leafed it or lost it en route). I have called them (Yodel) and they said to contact O2 for them to trace it. Not happy with that as the guy on Online Chat at O2 had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and then told me to call 08444 999999 . Yes, I would - except that's the number for Ticketmaster!

I contacted Yodel - for the 3rd time - and they
said that as O2 is the account holder, they have to get in touch with their personal account manager at Yodel. Yodel tell me they can't contact the driver to see where this "safe" place is that he left the parcel.
Basically, I was in when the driver called - not leaving for the school run for another 10 mins - plus my neighbour was in . No ring on the doorbell, no calling card left - and there's nowhere on my property that something can be left in a safe place.
What to do now? Well I certainly can't use the pies as I'd probably end up with out of date food poisoning 😞 Just thought I would have a rant on here (sorry guys!) and inform O2 as they now have to make a claim with Yodel for loss of parcel.
Note to O2: please let me know what info you need to make a claim

You would need to contact O2 customer services as O2 do not participate in here regulary
You could send a pm to abs@O2 with all the info like parcel number.

hiya . I already contacted customer services but they were, ahem, well useless to be honest even though I gave them all the info, they kept telling me I had to contact Yodel direct - and vice versa - Yodel were telling me to contact O2 Smiley Mad . Thought I'd post on here in case an O2 employee passed thru. but will pm Abs grin
