Hi. having the same problem live in the Romsey area. i received an email to say no problems at there end and that i should reset my phone, which didn't make any difference.
The problem is still ongoing. Has anyone had a response from o2 yet

I've had barely any service since the end of last week ie. no texts, incoming calls and now I am unable to make calls also. Carphone Warehouse inform me that O2 have a problem with the ice affecting our area but also said they were expecting the problem to be solved today. I am still as dead as a dodo and wondering if we are all going to get a rebate on our next bill?! Mmm... pigs might fly.

I cannot understand why o2 are not acknowledging the problem. If carphone warehouse are aware of problem surely someone in o2 must be aware. Hopefully someone from o2 will see this posting soon and sort the problem. More annoying for me as I only got the phone last wednesday
