I received the following text message from 07385 565227:
O2:We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, please update your payment information via: [link removed for safety]
Please would someone let me know whether or not this is genuine. If it is not, please report this phone number for fraudulent action.

This is not real, thank you for flagging if you could forward the text message, including phone number or company name, to 7726.

Have a look in your myo2 app and check if your bill is paid or not. If you can't, give o2 customer services a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202, and they will be able to help you.

Block the number and report it free to 7726.
