Can someone advise if this is a truth or does it just seem like it?
Some of users, when travelling to Brazil, have had to have all bars removed in order to access O2 partner network data services. Some of the O2 service desk are aware of this but it doesn't seem to be a formal thing that they understand. I wonder also if the same applies to the Philippines, as we have a user there at the moment and whilst they can use calling, they can't seem to use data. Of course, we have asked them to ensure they have the roaming slider 'on' but I am curious if this is the same as Brazil, or do we need to get them to change the APN to mobile.o2.co.uk rather than our usual idata.o2.co.uk. Anyone have any ideas, please? Thanks.
