A two day monthly subscription fee compensation in no way compansates for the financial loss and inconvenience caused by the network breakdown, 2 days, pathetic!!!

32 million users were without service. Personally I'm surprised they are offering anything at all.

No Network guarantees 100% service. I know it's annoying for everyone re the outage. It wasn't even O2's fault. I'm a customer like yourself who was inconvenienced.

Luckily I had a back up plan.

Personally I think it's fair. O2 will look at your personal issues if you write in with proof of any loss of income. Many, many people will try and squeeze more, human nature I'm afraid. One day with no usage but they give you two days credit.
