well i couldn't talk to no one on my phone as they are busy and i was waiting for 30mins ish. But any way i like to say to O2 thank you for your service for the time iv been with, but i will be looking around and ill be ending this. as soon as i find a new service provider.
seeing my email form O2 saying they will increase 13.4% Retail Price Index (RPI) rate of inflation on my bill, just made my blood boil.
Fun fact..... i only got a 3% increase on my pay rise.
Wishing you all the best.

Bye, and thanks for no fish...
If only you read your terms and conditions, and then looked at what all the other networks are doing... but that sound like its too difficult, to use Google or Bing... EE and others are 14.4%
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
