I wonder whether the board of O2 think that their customers are rather stupid little people . RPI plus 3 point whatever is a serious miscalculation of their customers intelligence. I suspect customers do understand that inflation is a cost to O2 but there is no way that their costs have increased 17 odd per cent. People are struggling O2 so stop your blatant profiteering and show some respect to your customers..could you not have split the difference???

The only lack of intelligence involved is not reading the terms and conditions and planning for it.

But hey, that contract you signed seemed such a bargain at the time.

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
