I have contacted 02 4 times by phone and called into the store today to try get a proof of usage certificate. I first contacted on Friday 29th of may gave all my details and was told 3 to 5 day I would receive it . Rang again the following Saturday and was told 7 to 10 days. Rang again last Tuesday and they had no record of my previous requests and was told to call into a o2 store before hanging up on me . Rang again on Wednesday evening was promised it was sorted and being sent by email 3 to 5 days ,I told them this wasn't good enough. I was told a manager would ring the next day (nothing). Called to o2 store today to wait 30 minutes to speak to the most useless unhelpful person . Where do I go from here? How do I get my proof of usage certificate?

Proof of Usage letter/notice is something O2 send by e-mail, this can be handled by O2's Social Media team by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) ,
