Hi All slight_smile

If you are having issues with radio coverage then please report it to customer services, have the following information available for them:-

Post code(s) affected
Your mobile number
2 or 3G (or if its effecting both 2 and 3G please say so)
Handset model/manufacturer
If you know of other people in the same area that are suffering the same/similar problem.

This just makes it easier for those people finding what cells are covering the area's that are indicated.
Please note that bad weather can also have an effect on radio signals 😞

Thanks slight_smile
