Problem with coverage

I have been suffering with lack of coverage for about 5 weeks now in my area, i can recieve texts an use the web but i can not make calls or recieve them. i have to get in my car an travel out the area to make a call does any1 know whats going on?????

yes i have spoken to them an all they said was that they are working on the problem, when i looked on here to see if there was a problem with a mast it says everything is working fine

is this a 2g or 3g issue

I mean is the problem on the 2g network old slow voice and data or 3g the faster data service? Not sure what the bb shows when connected to the network. can you in setting turn 3g off?

Just some times it can be a tempoary fix if the fault is affecting one part of the network.
