Priority tickets

I purchased some tickets on the 6th November for Jan 2015. Can anyone tell me when or if I s hold have received these? First time I have purchased priority tickets.

It can take up to 24 hours to receive the email according to the FAQ's but some have said up to 4 days.....

A lot longer than that though Rich. Three weeks ago these were purchased. Maybe the OP should contact the company dealing with the tickets?
