Hi,
it looks like you have helped lots of people with porting problems. I ported my number over from ee last week and I cannot receive any text message or send any texts or receive any calls other than from the o2 network. I have spoken to lots of people in customer service all of whom have promised to update me and haven’t. Can you please help?

Lisa is not listed as been on Shift so far this week.
It is probably sat with EE, to resolve as they are the one who need to resolve the forwarding issues, and there porting team are quite good but very slow...
And porting issues are complex at times to resolve.
