Poor reception in Burley in Wharfedale and Ilkley LS29

Am I the only person who is royally ticked off with the poor reception in this area? If I read one more time that this is due to high demand in the area I shall scream!! If the mast can't cope in such a highly populated area install a more powerful one and give us the service for which we are paying!

Good indoors and outdoors. Good for mobile broadband.

Normal coverage for Mobile Internet (4G)
Seamless connectivity and mobile internet

O2 don't give out repair / upgrade lead times. 😞

Turning your phone off and on can help.

I agree it's frustrating.

Unfortunately if it's not an issue with your phone or SIM card but that of fringe coverage or mast issues there's not much as customers we can advise you on.
