A good job. I have just this minute advised another poster to contact them as they appear to have been scammed with charges of £4.50 to their mobile..:smileysad:

The problem is that a lot of these scams are based overseas and PhonePayPlus can do nothing about them. Good that they are handing big fines out but I have to wonder whether these people are making far more than the fines handed out. The official regulators can fine them but it seems these companies are still in business and despite the fines they are still making enough profit to keep going. They need to close these companies down. What exactly does the fine do for the victims? They still have to go through the process of trying to get their money back.
