People unable to hear what I say

Hi

i live in Cambridge (CB25) and have had an issue with people not hearing what i'm saying, contacted O2 and told to re-boot phone, new sim installed 3G switched off and still the same problem!!!

i spoken to about 10 other people on o2 in the same area who are experiencing the exact same problem, cant be my phone then.

Lost count how many times i've rang O2 customer support and now given up, the only solution was for me to pay £420 to get out of my contract!

 

This problem seems to be a network issue but as O2 are failing to acknowledge this i want every one to know that maybe chose another network provider in this area.

What has Cambridge got to do with Mid Devon....? The planned network improvements over the coming months (to accommodate 4G) will see a huge increase in network coverage all over the country anyway.

@mi5 it was in an old thread mods have moved it but not altered the title
