Paying for downloads

Hello, I have a Nokia C3 - I am pay as you go user.

Over the last few days in the early evening £1 is being taken from my balance to allow me to download up to 50 MB of data up to midnight on the same day the £1 was deducted.

To my knowledge I have not changed my phone (don't know how to) to set up a system to deduct money from my balance.

Today I have not used WIF or surfed the net.

Can anybody help?

Graham

Lots of phones now update apps in the background which accesses the internet which uses data.

If you don't want your phone to connect to O2's data services then Find where your APN settings are in your phone ,and intentionally change some digits within it.

Or if you are interested in using the net via O2 on your phone the. Go into your MyO2 and look at the available tariffs or ring O2 on 4445 (25p per call) to discuss options.

You need to disable data so your phone does not try to connect to data services. Many threads on the forum about this.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
