I need copies of year 2020 invoices, how can this be claimed from O2. There is a legal right to obtain copies up to 6 years. Who to contact in O2 for this? Thanks

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

There is an as such you need to submit a Subject Access Request and they can be provided to you within 40 working days
